Paytrail is the payment intermediary for the online store. The Paytrail service makes it safe and easy to make purchases. The payment options for the online store include Bank payment methods, Card payment methods, Mobile payment methods, Invoice and installment payment methods.
Delivery and shipping costs
We use several different delivery methods in the online store. Delivery methods and prices may vary depending on the weight, quantity and dimensions of the product. Delivery prices can also be requested dynamically directly from shipping companies. Not all delivery methods may be available for all products.
You can see up-to-date information about the delivery price and the delivery methods available for your order at the checkout of the online store. The delivery costs of the selected delivery method are always added to the total amount in the shopping cart. We will deliver the order using the delivery method you have chosen.
Delivery time:
The delivery time is 1-5 business days from the order. We aim to remove temporarily out-of-stock products from the online store without delay, but if any of the products you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you immediately. If you wish, the entire order will be sent as soon as the missing product arrives. We aim to deliver orders in full. If a product is out of stock for a longer period of time and we are unable to get it back within a reasonable time, the order can be delivered in parts.
Return of a defective product:
All returns must always be agreed with the merchant in advance. The complaint period from the product pick-up is 7 days. The best way to reach us is to contact our customer service on our contact page or by sending an email to asiakaspalvelut(at)solueriste.fi . A defective product will only be exchanged for the same new item. The merchant will not reimburse the costs incurred by the return unless the return has been agreed with the merchant first. The merchant will not accept returns sent by cash on delivery.
Shipments damaged during delivery:
Unfortunately, despite careful packaging, the shipping company does not always manage to deliver packages intact. For this reason, when picking up the shipment, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package and any damage to the package. If the shipment has been damaged in transit, IMMEDIATELY report the damage to the shipping company. Also contact the merchant so that we can agree on the delivery of a new product. All orders are subject to a fourteen (14) day right of return for unopened packages in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Packages must be unopened and still in saleable condition.
